Sesame Counselling Service Newport is a registered donation-based charity providing counselling for individuals aged 16 and over. We offer face-to-face sessions in Newport as well as telephone and online counselling across the UK. Counselling is available for up to 12 sessions and operates on a donation-only basis, with suggested donations between £15 and £25 per session to help us continue supporting the community.

All enquiries are treated confidentially and handled with care. However, if information is shared that indicates a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, or raises safeguarding concerns, we may be required to take appropriate action in line with our professional, legal, and safeguarding responsibilities.

Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and arranging counselling sessions where appropriate. Information is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law or safeguarding obligations. Website enquiry data is retained for a limited period in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
